Doyen Technologies, JV Partner, Doyen Consulting Services, Inc. (DCSI) is an 8(a), service-disabled veteran owned business (SDVOB) that has demonstrated its ability to manage multi-year, multi-million dollar, mission critical IT contracts for the Defense National Stockpile Center and the Defense Logistics Agency. Since its inception in 2003, DCSI has been the prime contractor managing not only its personnel but subcontractors and maintaining positive professional relationships with other contractors working within the DLA enterprise. DCSI has developed and maintained an essential web application, database, and portal responsible for generating nearly $500 million in annual revenue for the Defense National Stockpile Center. Additionally, DCSI is the subject matter and technical expert of a mission critical procurement application that is used for all DLA service procurements and contracts. Over the last 8 years, DCSI has expertly managed the integration of the latest updates and upgrades as new functionality to the legacy system was developed and deployed. DCSI has provided this support throughout the entire software development life-cycle from requirements definition through deployment and integration support. When DLA receives a trouble ticket with end-user issues, DCSI serves as the primary point of contact to identify, isolate, and resolve the issue.
